Eyre’s HR Consulting Services was launched or developed by Alan Eyre in 2008, in order to address the need created due to most organisations not having the resources, or infrastructure to engage a full time Human Resources professional on site.
The founding director of the consultancy is Alan Eyre based in Cape-Town South Africa.
With Alan’s operational and Human Resource experience in mining, utilities, automotive, glass, pharmaceutical, shipping and rig repairs spanning over 25 years Alan maintains a specialised knowledge of HR management at all levels. He has a particular focus on developing practical HR interventions for adding value to businesses.
Alan has worked with a number of private sector clients in performance management design, training, career development and counseling, selection advice and interview training, psychometric testing, reviewing/developing organisational structures, job design and competency analysis, developing communication plans, developing assessment and development centre’s, policy formulation and labour relations
